White Coat Investor Advertising Additional Disclosures

Wrenne Financial Planning “WFP” has an advertising agreement with White Coat Investor “WCI”.  This agreement includes listing WFP as a premium recommended advisor on the WCI recommended advisor webpage.  It also includes use of the WCI’s recommended advisor banner on WFP’s website, a one-time 15 minute segment on the WCI podcast, and 3 months of WFP sidebar widget ads or forum ads on the WCI website.  WFP pays WCI an annual flat fee for the advertising endorsement.  This fee is adjusted annually and is not based on the volume of business generated or the number of leads generated for WFP.  As a result of this agreement WCI has an incentive to recommend WFP, resulting in a material conflict of interest.
