Physician Side Gigs Advertising Additional Disclosures

Wrenne Financial Planning “WFP” has an advertising agreement with Physician Side Gigs “PSG”.  This agreement includes listing WFP as a recommended advisor on the PSG website (www.physiciansidegigs.com).  It also includes the promotion of WFP’s services on the PSG social media platforms when deemed appropriate by PSG.  As part of this agreement, WFP pays PSG an annual flat fee of $5,000 for this advertising endorsement.  This fee is adjusted annually and is not based on the volume of business generated or the number of leads generated for WFP.  As a result of this agreement PSG has an incentive to recommend WFP, resulting in a material conflict of interest.
