Originally from Yorkshire in the UK, Sam now lives in Oklahoma City, OK with her husband Chuck — a high school teacher — and their two dogs, Dodge and Copper. Sam worked as a bilingual speech and language pathologist and later in public health and research administration. Her interest in financial planning began when she used to listen to personal finance talk shows on AM radio while driving around rural Oklahoma doing home visits back in her clinical practice days. Outside of work she enjoys fine dining, Jazzercise, horseback riding, and a good book.

What is your favorite type of vacation?  Meeting up with old and far-flung friends and family for local cuisine and great conversation.
What is something unique about you?  I got married in the same room as John Lennon and Yoko Ono (but not at the same time).
Best thing about living in the USA?  Sausage biscuits
